Patient with chronic vascular problem and thrombo phlenbitis complication in her legs. She developed a deep open ulcer in her left foot, with 5cm of diameter and almost 2 cm of deepth, and also had strong pain and inflammation specialy in the same leg. She was hospitalized, and then sent to her home, where she get depressed and tired to feel handicaped, because she couldn´t walk or work again.
